Baltic Sea UFO Mystery Baffles Divers

Baltic-sea-diverThe Baltic Sea is a cold, dark place that’s littered with ancient artefacts. Its attraction for treasure hunters has recently led to the sighting of a strange object on the ocean floor, 60 metres in diameter, sparking theories of a Baltic Sea UFO.

Confident of debunking the theory, divers descended for a closer look. However, what they found revealed more questions than answers, with diver Stefan Hogeborn saying “during my 20-year diving career, including 6,000 dives, I have never seen anything like this”.

Shaped like the Millenium Falcon from Star Wars, the object has round sides and rugged edges. Leading directly to it is a 985-foot flattened path, implying it could have skidded to its watery landing.

At the object’s centre, divers found an egg shaped hole leading in from the top. Surrounding the hole is a strange rock formation, with diver Peter Lindberg saying “this is the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced as a professional diver…this is something else”.

The stones also appear to be burnt, and no volcanic activity has ever been recorded in the Baltic Sea, giving credence to the ostensibly wild theory of a Baltic Sea UFO landing.

“We’ve heard lots of different kinds of explanations, from George Lucas’s spaceship – the Millennium Falcon – to it’s some kind of plug to the inner world, like it should be hell down there or something”, Mr Lindberg said.

Treasure hunters Peter Lindberg and Dennis Asberg discovered the object during a sonar scan while searching for a WWI wreck. They’ve since dislodged parts of the increasingly strange find with a sledgehammer before submitting them for further testing.

The team, who represent the company Ocean Explorer, have also created a submarine to take tourists, conspiracy theorists and treasure hunters to the bottom of this dark, brackish water sea to see the site first hand.

However, few have signed up, as the sea was known as an experimental dumping ground during WWII by Russia, the UK and the US, and locals believe the object not to be a Baltic Sea UFO, but a mad interdimensional experiment gone wrong.

Don’t go near it they say. Don’t go near it, they say again.

I suggest you take off again, you are causing quite a stir, particularly in the Star Wars community.

Nonetheless, thank you for your comment. At least you seem happy.

P.S – keep your private moments to yourself.
